We are now offering TWO ONLINE ONLY options for the SPRING Yoga Momma Women’s Series: 

Option 1 ~ Live Stream, View Class Recordings, and Access our Private Facebook Group:

  • Receive real time, group instruction via live stream, and be a part of the living Yoga Momma community “satsang” – a must in these times of social distancing;
  • Find social connection before and after each class through a “gallery” view of all students;
  • Enjoy unlimited weekly playback online of recorded sessions at a time convenient to you;
  • Access to our private Facebook page for supplemental learning – chanting, meditation, poetry and restorative sessions.
  • Access Yoga Momma playlists to enjoy during practice.
  • Recorded links will be emailed within 24 hours of the last streaming session – videos will be available until the morning of the following week’s live class start time*;

During this unprecedented time we will address anxiety, build physical strength and energy, and increase our capacity for hope and optimism. As we emerge from Winter under these new boundaries, our practice will help re-build your vitality and resilience. ALL bodies are celebrated and modifications are welcome and supported. Some yoga experience is advised since in-person access is limited.

Each week look forward to:

  • A weekly touchstone to prioritize self-care in a compassionate, inclusive, and warm community of women!
  • Diverse practices that support women at any age – from young adulthood through parenthood (or not,) into menopause and beyond – there is a place for you!
  • Strengthening, stabilization, and stretching for the body in key areas for women, including the core, pelvic floor, neck and shoulders, hips, endocrine system, and hormonal support.
  • Education and exploration of yogic philosophy, connecting with the teachings to positively impact our daily life.
  • Chanting, meditation, and breath-work every week to directly address the effects of stress, depression, and anxiety. Essentially – more yoga! 

*I am currently exploring online storage options for our recorded video, so that they will be available beyond the current week of classes. Stay tuned for updates there.

NOTE: Class is not geared toward pregnant students. If you are beyond the first trimester we encourage you to seek out a prenatal yoga specific program.
