Welcome to Sisters in Yoga with Yoga Momma! This immersive, month-long program aims to cultivate deeper self understanding, healthy habits, healing, and sisterhood as we move into the new year. Let’s call it a reset button for many of us, helping to re-establish a sense of connection with the self, nourishing practices, and resiliency, regardless of what is happening in the world! Classes are offered Live in January, and will be available ON-DEMAND for the remainder of Winter, allowing you to do the immersion at your own schedule!
Each session is offered via Live stream and will be available for on-demand viewing at a time convenient for you should you miss or want to redo a session. That said, this is an Immersion – designed for those who plan to attend live. You are encouraged to keep your videos on as much as possible so that I can provide support and we can share in the human-ness of each other! Enrollment will be limited to foster a sense of connection, and supplemental, home study materials will be available throughout the course.

Mondays: 4 – 5:00 pm – Satsang Gatherings – January 4, 11, 18, 25
Tuesdays: 9:30 – 10:30 am – Morning Flow – January 5, 12, 19, 26
Thursdays: 4 – 5:00 pm – Afternoon Restoration – January 7, 14, 21, 28
Friday: 5 – 6:00 pm – Hour of Happiness Celebration – January 29th
The Satsang (satsang = a gathering of true individuals,) creates opportunities for us to learn, reflect, contemplate, and share with each other through discussion and meditations. Yogic philosophy, inspiration, and helpful tips will guide our content and time spent together. No mat required – cozy up with your warm cup of tea!
Our Morning Flow will serve as an extension of our Satsang, using the practices of pranayama (breath,) asana (movement,) and meditation to help us be present in our bodies and in the moment. We’ll move in a way that supports us best for the season, building strength and resiliency, while reducing the impacts of stress. Think a delicious but mindful flow for your whole being! Yoga mat, blanket, blocks, and strap recommended.*
Finally, the late Afternoon Restoration will create much needed space for us to drop into stillness and healing with support. Enjoy restorative and yin postures, gentle on-the-floor movement, guided relaxation, yoga nidra, and deep rest. Yoga mat, blankets, blocks, pillows or bolsters, and eye pillows if you have ’em – think comfort!*
We’ll celebrate the completion of our month long immersion together with an alcohol free Hour of Happiness at the end of the month! Creative concoctions are welcome!
