Jen Keeler, E-RYT 500, YACEP, & RPYT has spent her yoga career serving women. After following her passion as a student of yoga for nearly a decade, she began teaching as “Yoga Momma”  – a name her students affectionately called her – in 2005. Her teaching grew out of an understanding of the challenges faced by all identifying women, as well as from her deep love of yoga. She serves through her passion for yoga, helping students to build community, reclaim confidence and compassion, optimize their health, and by extension create healthy families. Her teaching integrates what she feels is the best from many traditions and practices within yoga, honoring the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of practice. She teaches with an authentic presence, open curiosity, honesty, and a playful heart. She currently offers classes online and in person at the Sunset Hill Community Center in northwest Ballard/Seattle when possible. She offers workshops, retreats, and training throughout Washington State.
