Winter Quarter YogaMoms creates a wonderfully rich opportunity for us to cultivate nourishing and sustainable practices. It’s during the quiet of Winter that we are able to deepen our relationship with self-understanding, and dive into self-care that provides both vitality and time for reflection. We’ll create additional time for meditation, breath work (pranayama,) and movement that supports our grounding, while keeping a quality of strength and flow in our physical bodies.
