WELCOME TO WINTER 2020

We have BIG changes in store for our 2020 schedule!

The WINTER Yoga Momma Women’s Series is a wonderful way to stoke the inner fires, work with the subtle energy body, and create deep internal strength! Pre-registration/pre-payment is required, no drop-ins, only students enrolled in the series may attend.

New Name! For January of 2020 we changed our name from “YogaMoms” to the “Yoga Momma Women’s Series.” This represents the inclusion we are seeking to create for ALL WOMEN regardless of parenting status. Look forward to:

  • A weekly touchstone to prioritize self-care in a compassionate, inclusive, and warm community of women!
  • Diverse practices that support women in any phase of development – parent or not – from young adulthood to early perinatal to menopause to golden years – there is a place for you!
  • Strengthening, stabilization, and stretching for the body in key areas for women, including the core, pelvic floor, neck and shoulders, hips, endocrine system, and hormonal support.
  • Education and exploration of yogic philosophy, connecting with the teachings to positively impact our daily life.
  • Chanting, bhakti, meditation, and breath-work to directly address the effects of stress, depression, and anxiety. Essentially – more yoga! 

Winter 2020: 10 or 11 Weeks: Register for 1 day per week:

  • Tuesday Morning: 10 – 11:15 am
    • 11 WEEKS, January 7 – March 24, (skip 2/18.) $205
  • Tuesday Evening: 7:15 – 8:30 pm  NEW TIME
    • 11 WEEKS, January 7 – March 24, (skip 2/18.) $205
  • Wednesday Morning: 10 – 11:15 am NEW DAY & TIME
    • 10 WEEKS, January 8 – March 25, (skip 2/19, 3/11.) $187

REGISTRATION: Public registration begins on Friday, November 15th, 2019. Get on our priority list for openings – Email today! We frequently fill classes from this list, before registration becomes public.  If a class is full, email to get on the waitlist. We have changes in enrollment up until the series begins, and you will be notified immediately of any openings. No new enrollment after the series starts.

We strive to make our program inclusive, safe, and enjoyable for every woman, regardless of race, sexuality, economic status, or gender at birth.
