Our quarterly series’ require pre-registration and pre-payment, students enroll for 1 class per week for the duration of the quarter. Classes are NOT available for drop in. Classes designed for ALL identifying Women to take time away from the demands of life and return to self. Click on the links below for details on calendar, cost, and to register.
Connect with an amazing, compassionate community of women and renew your body and soul every week! ALL WOMEN are welcome in this very inclusive series. You’ll bring your body more strength, flexibility, and balance, center your mind, and gain new insight on your overall health. All levels are truly welcome, from beginner to veteran – we ultimately strive to grow in our practice by the end of each quarter. Classes are very tailored to the female body and experience: we work with the pelvic floor health, core strength, softening the neck and shoulders, opening the hips and heart, and alleviating back tension to name a few of our favorites. We address the impacts of stress, anxiety, and depression, support the endocrine system, and sustain longevity and vitality. Options are provided for those who need special accommodations. Our classes are well rounded and diverse to create overall balance in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health for the journey of Womanhood. Throughout the quarter we integrate chanting, meditation, breath work, self study, good music, humor, and relaxation into all practices. Elements of Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa flow, meditation, and integrative yoga therapy. One main goal and outcome of our classes and retreats is the sense of belonging students feel. Students are committed to building community and love our program!

NOTE: Class is not geared toward pregnant students. If you are beyond the first trimester we encourage you to seek out a prenatal yoga specific program.
We strive to make our program inclusive, safe, and enjoyable for every woman, regardless of race, sexuality, economic status, or gender at birth. And, we are committed toward cultivating a rich and varied community of women! Full payment is required to register, payment is non-refundable 24 hours prior to the first day of the program. Payment is 50% refundable 1 week or less prior to series start, 100% refundable (less a $15 service fee) prior to that. We lead busy lives and things do come up, so please make sure you’re willing to commit to a series before enrolling. If you become aware you will be unable to participate for the remainder of a quarter due to extenuating circumstances, (illness, injury, family emergency, moving out of area..,), contact us immediately and we may be able to credit your account.
