Jen offers Women’s Retreats in collaboration with wonderful practitioners, to provide an unparalleled weekend renewal. Retreats include a balance between plenty of yoga and free time to help refill your well. Practices are educational to help you dive deeper into your self-understanding, empower you as a woman, and are tied to the season of offering. Included in the retreats are delicious food, diverse yoga, meditation, and relaxation practices, sisterhood, laughter, and plenty reflective and free time. Our hope is to provide you an experience that sustains you in your life when you return home. Retreats are offered in Washington State and beyond!   • Winter Getaway – March 9-11: A smaller retreat with time plenty of time for Winter sports Saturday daytime (downhill, x-country, snowshoeing, massage, etc.,) and relaxing yoga! Yoga practices will be diverse and include a deep stretching Yin/Restorative offering late Saturday to stave off stiffness from the day’s activities. Gently detoxifying practices will help you recover from winter’s dormancy, a cleansing for both the body and soul!   • Summer Camp + Yoga Weekend Fundraiser – June 1-3, 2018: At Canoe Island French Camp in the San Juans. Spend the weekend camping on a tiny island in the San Juans! Hiking, swimming in the pool or ocean, paddle boarding, night time canoeing, kayaking, beach fires, plein air painting, naturalist led walks, star gazing, sipping wine by the poolside or on the beach, eating extraordinary locavore and seasonal food, and Yoga! Details to follow…
