PRENATAL YOGA: taught by Suzette, Liv, and Mollie

Yoga Momma’s Prenatal yoga classes are taught by highly trained teachers with years of experience in working with prenatal and postnatal health. They are open to all levels for women in any stage of pregnancy, and we support all choices for birth. We aim to create space for you to connect with your growing baby by stepping out of the chaos of daily living. Our primary focus will be to stabilize and strengthen the pelvic and abdominal area, safely stretch the ribs, low back, and hips, and alleviate common aches and pains experienced during pregnancy. We’ll also work on opening and stretching the shoulders to alleviate neck tension and prepare for the postpartum challenges of breast feeding and lifting. Breath work, meditation, and learning how to relax during intensity in preparation for birth is also included. Come be inspired!


Schedule:

Tuesdays  6 - 7:15 pm - Suzette

Thursdays 10 - 11:15 am - Suzette

Saturdays 10 - 11:15 am - Mollie

5-class pass: $65

10-class pass: $125
