Jen Keeler, E-RYT 500, YACEP, & RPYT has spent her yoga career serving women. After following her passion as a student of yoga for nearly a decade, she began teaching as “Yoga Momma” – a name her students affectionately called her – in 2005. Her teaching grew out of an understanding of the challenges faced by all women, as well as from her deep love of yoga. She serves women through her passion for yoga, helping them to build community, reclaim confidence and compassion, optimize their health, and by extension create healthy families. Her teaching integrates what she feels is the best from many traditions and practices within yoga, integrating the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of practice. She teaches with an open curiosity, honesty, and a playful heart. She currently offers regular YogaMoms series’ out of the Sunset Hill Community Center in northwest Ballard, and offers workshops, retreats, and training throughout Washington State.
