YOGA FOR MOMS: taught by Jen

Connect with an amazing group of moms and renew your body and soul every week! Whether you are a parent of a newborn or a teen, you are welcome in this very supportive community. You’ll bring your body more strength, flexibility, balance, center your mind, and gain new insight on your overall health. All levels are welcome, but we ultimately strive to practice at an intermediate level by the end of each quarter. Areas of focus are on building core/tummy strength, posture, neck, shoulder, and back tension, and establishing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance for the journey of parenting. We integrate meditation, breath work, and relaxation into all practices. Moms love this class as a reliable and renewing aspect of their every week!

Interested in twice per week? We recommend that you attend one Yoga for Moms class per week and the Saturday Women’s Flow class to balance out your weekly practice. THE DAYTIME PROGRAM IS NOT RUNNING FOR WINTER QUARTER 2011

WINTER SCHEDULE 2011: 11 weeks ($143 early bird, $153 after)

Yoga for Moms - Evening Program (Jen)

  1. Integration of movement, breath, philosophy, with diverse content each week depending on the needs of the students. Focus areas on hips, heart, core, back, relaxation, balance, and strength. Elements of Yin, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa flow, hatha. Community is a big part of your experience!


Tuesday nights from 7:45 - 9:00 p.m. (Jen)

11 weeks: January 4, 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15 (skip 22,) March 1, 8, 15, 22


Wednesday nights from 7:45 - 9:00 p.m. (Jen) 

11 weeks: January 5, 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, (skip 23,) March 2, 9, 16, 23


Thursday nights from 7:45 - 9:00 p.m. (Jen)

11 weeks: January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10, 17, (skip 24,) March 3, 10, 17, 24


COSTS:

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED ~ sorry, no drop-ins

Payment for Yoga Moms series participation is due ONE WEEK PRIOR TO QUARTER START.

Winter/Spring Series - 11 weeks: $143 early bird, $153 after due date

Summer Series -  7 weeks: $91 early bird, $101 after due date

Fall Series - 12 weeks: $156 early bird, $166 after due date
