YOGA FOR MOMS: taught by Jen & Liv
Connect with an amazing group of moms and renew your body and soul every week! You’ll bring your body more strength, flexibility, balance, center your mind, and gain new insight on your overall health. All levels are welcome, but we ultimately strive to practice at an intermediate level by the end of each quarter. Areas of focus are on building core/tummy strength, posture, neck, shoulder, and back tension, and establishing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance for the journey of parenting. We integrate meditation, breath work, and relaxation into all practices. Intentionally scheduled later in the evening when family needs are less, this practice will leave you renewed, stronger, and relaxed. Moms love this class as a reliable and renewing aspect of their every week! Early registration is recommended - classes fill quickly! We only register for the full series participation each quarter.
Click HERE to get on the list for next quarter’s Yoga for Moms classes - you will be admitted automatically in the following quarter if there are openings or put on a waitlist if the classes are full. Let us know the day and time you prefer in order of your preference.
COSTS: PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED ~ sorry, no drop-ins
Payment for Yoga Moms series is due ONE WEEK PRIOR TO QUARTER START.
Winter/Spring Series - 11 weeks: $143 early bird, $153 after due date
Summer Series - 7 weeks: $91 early bird, $101 after due date
Fall Series - 12 weeks: $156 early bird, $166 after due date
Interested in twice per week? We recommend that you attend one Yoga for Moms class in the day and one in the evening. If that schedule does not work for you, you might consider augmenting your Mom’s class with the Saturday Women’s Flow class to balance out your weekly practice if you like.

Yoga for Moms - Evening Program ONLY FOR SUMMER (Jen & Liv)
•Integration of movement, breath, philosophy, with diverse content each week depending on the needs of the students. Focus areas on hips, heart, core, back, relaxation, balance, and strength. Elements of Yin, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa flow, hatha.
Tuesday nights from 7:45 - 9:00 p.m. (Jen)
SUMMER Quarter: 7 weeks: July 6, 13, 20, 27, August 3, 10, 17
Wednesday nights from 7:45 - 9:00 p.m. (Jen & Liv co-teaching)
SUMMER Quarter: 7 weeks: July 7, 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18
• Jen teaches 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th week
• Liv teaches 2nd, 4th, and 6th week
